Question: What should i do if Wifi configuration is not successful?
Answer:
1. Our equipment does not support routers with a frequency of 5GHz. General household routers can be configured, 5G routers generally support dual-band, there will be 2 wifi hotspots, one of which has "-5G" behind it. If the customer's mobile phone is connected to this hot spot, it needs to be replaced with 2.4G, which means that there is no -5G by default.
2. Customer operation problem; check whether the router password is correct before adding the device configuration. Mobile phones, devices, and routers need to be close. It is generally recommended that customers be configured within 5 meters to ensure signal stability.
3. The Wifi name has Chinese. Customers are advised not to use wifi with a Chinese name.
4, long press the bottom reset button 8-10 seconds to restore the factory settings, there is a voice prompt, prompt to restore the factory after about 30 seconds, the device automatically restarts and then re-configured. If you try to restore the factory settings multiple times, you still can't configure it successfully, and then restore the factory settings. After the camera is started, press 3 to restore the factory button, and the interval is 0.5 seconds. You will be prompted to enter the AP mode. In the APP add device, select the second configuration mode (AP mode). 5, Note: If the operation is no problem, confirm whether the wifi hot spot used by the customer is a telecom cat or AP hot spot.
Question : What should i do if APP prompt not found current video ?
Answer:
1. Confirm that the screen time is correct. Enter the APP version information and click the sync time.
2. Check if the TF card is inserted and whether the storage space is recognized. The power is removed and plugged in again. Hot plugging is not supported.
3, the default video playback on the day of recording, the date in the upper right corner can choose other time.
Question: What should i do if playback video prompt timeout?
Answer:
1, generally the reason for the network. Whether the customer's mobile phone is normally connected, and the 4G/wifi network is available for viewing.
2, may be the TF card problem, re-recorded after formatting, if it is still the same, it is recommended that customers replace the high-speed TF card (genuine Kingston, 32G) with class above class4. Maximum support 128G.
Question: What should i do if It can be accessed next to the camera, but it can't be accessed anywhere else ?
Answer:
1. Let the customer confirm whether the router connected to the camera is connected to the network.
2. Whether the client camera and the mobile phone are directly connected.
3, mobile phone replacement network attempt, may be abnormal mobile phone network.
Question: What should i do if XMEYE APP can monitor, but can not receive the alarm report.
Answer:
1. Confirm that the motion detection function is turned on.
2, XMEYE "Device" - "Alarm Push" in the upper left corner of the device list - you need to open the push function of the device.
3. XMEYE must be an account password login method to support push, and cannot use local login mode.
4, the phone needs to allow APP notification permissions. 5. Upgrade the device program.
